Key Responsibilities Include : As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the head of our operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of all departments. Reporting to the CEO and working along side other Senior Managers in the organisation, your brief will be to develop and implement innovative operational efficiency's and the delivery of top customer service and return patronage. This role will be pivotal in upholding the business operational directives, service standards, fostering a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
